                          J U D G M E N T

Krishnan, J:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the

respondents not to transfer the present Executive Officer,

who is 10th in the line, till the major ulsavam viz., Thiyyattu

Ulsavam of Sree Vairamcode Bhagavathi Devaswom is over.

The learned counsel appearing for the Devaswom

Board, on instructions, submits that no transfer will be

effected with respect to the present incumbent-Executive

Officer till the ulsavam is over.

Since the prayer is acceded to by the Devaswom Board,

the writ petition is closed.
