Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that opposite parties are violating
the order passed by this Court and are cutting the trees planted by the
petitioner.

In this view of the matter the opposite party no.2 Mr. Atul Dixit, Airport
Director, is directed to appear before this Court on 13.1.2010.

List this petition on 13.1.2010. In the meantime learned Counsel for the
opposite parties may file counter affidavit.
