A.G.P, appearing for the respondent, fairly stated, on instruction of
Mr.S.A.Rawal, Under Secretary, Narmada Water Resources, Water supply
and Kalpasar Department, who was present in the Court, that the
direction dated 16.10.2008 issued by learned single Judge in SCA
No.7246 of 2008 shall now be duly complied with before 15.09.2010;
and decision of the Government shall be communicated to the applicant
before that date. Upon that statement being recorded, the
application is not pressed for any
further relief in the hope that the respondent shall abide by the
above statement, being recorded in this order. Application stands
disposed accordingly, with no order as to costs.
