ORAL ORDER

The
petitioner moved Civil Application No.9373 of 2008 with a prayer to
join Shri Ramchandra Gokul and Bai Vesti Rama Palia as respondent
Nos.2 & 3. Accordingly, this Court has passed an order on
21.10.2008 permitting the petitioner to join them as party
respondent Nos.2 & 3. However, it appears that no notice was
issued on them. Accordingly, FRESH NOTICE of Rule be issued to
respondent Nos.2 & 3 making it returnable on 26.10.2010. It
is made clear that if the respondent Nos.2 & 3 are not served or
if the process fees are not paid, this Civil Revision Application
will be dismissed qua respondent Nos.2 & 3.
