7 9.11.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner today produces before

the Court a report submitted by S.D.O. after visit to the land in

question. If what has been indicated in the said report is accepted on

the face value it is obviously the respondent authorities are not

assisting the Court with clean hand.

Petitioner will file a supplementary affidavit bringing this

report on record by next week.

District Magistrate, Khagaria will appear in person in

Court with the entire record and file show cause in this regard by 30 th

November, 2011.

List this case on 30.11.2011 in the same position.
