Judgment

It is conceded at the Bar that Annexure A order has been

modified by judgment delivered on 12.11.2009 in W.A.No.2513

of 2009. In such circumstances, I dispose of this contempt case

with a direction to the District Collector, Malappuram to comply

with Annexure A order as modified by the Division Bench in

W.A.No.2513 of 2009.
