One of the contentions of the petitioner is that the respondent No. 2 was
employed as Manager and was drawing salary of Rs.12,000/-, therefore he is
not a workman within the meaning of U.P Industrial Dispute Act.
The matter requires consideration.
Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned award
dated 3.12.2009 published on 6.4.2010 shall remain stayed.
