By his RTI application dated, the appellant had sought information on 12
paras regarding DDA’s Kalkaji Extension Scheme. As he was not provided any
information, he has filed the present complaint before the Commission.
2. Heard on 22.02.2010. Appellant is present alongwith Shri R.C. Pandey.
DDA is represented by Shri Suman. Shri Suman would submit that he is not the
concerned officer to respond to the RTI application. According to him, the paras are
to be responded to by other officers as follows :-
(a) Para-1 is to be responded to by Chief Engineer(South Zone);
(b) Paras – 2 & 3 are to be responded to by Commissioner(Planning);
(c) Para-4 is to be responded by Director(Lands); and
(d) Paras-5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 12 are to be responded to by Director(LM)I.
INTERIM DECISION
3. In view of the above, Chief Engineer(SZ); Commissioner(Planning);
Director(Land) and Director(Land Management)I, are hereby directed to provide
parawise information to the complainant as mentioned herein above. The order of
the Commission may be complied with in four weeks time.
4. A copy of the RTI application may be enclosed with each order.
5. The matter is adjourned to 30.3.2010 at 1050 hrs. The above mentioned
officers will either appear before the Commission personally or through their
authorised representatives.
