Case has been taken up in the revised call. No one appears to press this
application.

From the order sheet it appears that this case was earlier dismissed in default
on 30.7.2009, however, it was restored on 5.4.2010. Further as per the counter
affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party it has been stated in paragraph
nos.3, G, H, I, J & K that the directions of the writ court to take a decision
with regard to the arrears of salary had already been taken. As such no further
consideration is required in this contempt application.

In view of above, notices are discharged. Application is consigned to record.
