                          J U D G M E N T

In the Thiruvananthapuram Revenue District Youth

Festival, petitioner`s team participated in the item

“Arabanamutt. They were given second prize with A

Grade. Aggrieved by the above, they filed an appeal. That

was rejected by Ext.P2. Ext.P2 shows that according to the

petitioner, on account of lack of space in the stage, the

instrument fell down. A reading of the pleadings show

that all the participants performed on the same stage. If

that be so, the space available in the stage could not

have been caused any prejudice to the petitioner alone.

Writ fails and it is accordingly dismissed.
