Since prima facie offence is disclosed, I am not inclined to interfere and
quash the proceedings of case crime no. 221/2006, under Sections 436, 504,
506 I.P.C., P.S. Turkpatti, District Kushinagar pending before IInd Additional
Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kasia, Kushinagar.
This application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the
applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if possible on
the same day.
