                          J U D G M E N T

The prayer sought in this writ petition is for a direction to the

1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 application made by the

petitioner for assignment of the industrial plot allotted to him.

2. In view of the case of the petitioner that the said

application is pending, it is directed that the 1st respondent shall

pass orders on Ext.P4. This shall be done at any rate within three

months of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy

of this writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
