		This application has been presented seeking restoration of the D.B. Civil Special Appeal(Writ) No. 576/1998, dismissed in default of appearance vide order dated 14.02.2008.  There is no need to issue notice to the respondent as none was present on behalf of the respondent on 14.02.2008.

Heard learned counsel for applicants and perused the memorandum of the application.
The applicants have made out sufficient cause. Accepting the cause shown, the application is allowed. Order dated 14.02.2008 is recalled. The Appeal is restored.
