Defence of the petitioner is about

having no concern with the seized Bolero which

was standing near the door of his house but that

is followed by information given by the Officer

Incharge, Basatpur P.S., District Siwan to the

concerned Police Station that this stolen Bolero

was standing near petitioner’s house and further

confession of Mehdi Hasan about taking the same

on hire, not entitling the petitioner for

anticipatory bail.

Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail on

behalf of petitioner is rejected.
