02. 16.12.2010 The petitioner was the complainant and is

aggrieved by the order of cognizance which is restricted to

only one of the accused persons.

Issue notice to Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 12 as to

why this application be not disposed off at the stage of

admission itself by both processes i.e. ordinary process as

well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc.

must be filed within three weeks, failing which this

application shall stand dismissed without further

reference to a Bench.

The rule is made returnable within three

months.
