Learned counsel for the petitioners has restricted his prayer to the
extent that his representation be decided within stipulated period of
time.
In the circumstances of the case, respondent no.2 is directed to
decide the representation of the petitioners by speaking order and
issuance of caste certificate according to Government Order , if
possible within a period of two months from the date of receipt of
a certified copy of this order. The petitioners will be afforded
opportunity of hearing by the concerned authority before passed
the order.
The concerned authority after taking decision on the representation
of the petitioners will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of
finally.
