Some of the similarly situated accused persons,

like, Mantu Rai, Sanjay Mahto alias Sanjay Chian and

Kameshwar Rai have been admitted to bail by different Benches

of this Court in three different criminal Misc. petitions as

appears from the report of the List and Computer Section of the

Court.

Let the petitioner who also bears omnibus and

general allegation of assaulting the deceased be directed to be

released on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Budha Colony P.S.Case

No. 59 of 2009.
