ORDER

1. The
present application has been preferred by the applicant-original
petitioner for interim direction.

2. Shri
Dharmesh V Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the
applicant-original petitioner has submitted that if the main Special
Civil Application is ordered to be placed on board for final hearing
at the earliest the applicant-original petitioner will be satisfied.

3. Under
the circumstances, Registry is directed to notify the main Special
Civil Application for final hearing at the bottom of the first board
on 2nd August, 2010.
