In compliance of the order dated 8.7.2009 and subsequent order no
paper book has been prepared by the office so far, while the record
of the lower court has been received. However, no paper book is
required for disposal of this revision, but the learned AGA seeks
time to inquire about the fact as to whether any government appeal
has been filed in this matter or not.

List this matter on 29.7.2010 for disposal of revision. In the
meantime learned AGA may seek instruction about the pendency
of this matter.
