Sri K.R. Singh, learned Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of compliance
on behalf of the opposite party no.1. According to the same the State
Government has passed an order dated 13.07.2010 to issue arms dealership
license to the applicant and pursuant to the same the license has already been
issued on the same date. According to Sri K.R. Singh no further consideration
is required in this contempt application as directions have been fully complied
with. Learned counsel for the applicant also admits the fact that the directions
of the writ court have been complied with.
In view of the above, no further consideration is required in this contempt
application. Notice are discharged. Application is consigned to record.
