This application has been filed seeking restoration of
Cr. Misc. No. 747/2005 which was dismissed for non-
prosecution vide order dated 30.07.2010. On going through the
records and hearing of learned counsel, the order dated
30.07.2010 for the reasons recorded in the application stands
recalled and Cr. Misc. No. 747/2005 is restored subject to
payment of Rs. 500/- with the High Court Legal Services
Committee.
