simple direction for disposal of the representation dated

20.11.2010 by respondent nos. 1 and 2.

If the petitioner has filed a representation as

submitted on his behalf, let the concern respondent

dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order

preferably within a maximum period of two from the date

of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into

the merits of the matter at all which remains open for

consideration in entirely by respondent nos. 1 and 2 both

on law and facts.

The application stands disposed.
