counsel for the applicants will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder
affidavit.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of case no. 6038/2010 (State
Vs. Madhuri and others), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S.
Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahar pending before shall remain stayed
against the applicants.
