It is pointed out that Revision no.6 Pannal Pal Vs. Jagannath and others u/s
48 of U.P. C.H. Act is pending before Additional Collector/Deputy Director
of Consolidation, Sant Kabir Nagar. It is pointed out by learned counsel for
the petitioners that hearing of said case has already taken place on 2.01.2008
and date was fixed for 14.1.2008 but the case has yet not been decided.
In this view of the matter, the revisional court is directed to hear the matter
afresh and decide the case expeditiously preferably within a period of two
months from the date of production of certified copy of the order passed by
this Court before him without granting any undue adjournment to either of the
parties.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands disposed
of.
