Heard.

Considering the facts of the case, the appropriate remedy available
to the applicant is to file appropriate proceedings u/s.33(C)(2) of
the I.D. Act. In view of the same, this application is not
entertained and is, accordingly, disposed of.

It
is, however, observed that if such proceedings are filed by the
applicant, the trial Court concerned shall expedite the said
proceedings since the dispute is very old.
