02. 19.09.2011 It has been submitted that even now the
petitioner is ready to settle the differences with the
Opposite Party No. 2.
Issue notice to Opposite Party No. 2 by both
processes i.e. ordinary process as well as registered cover
with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within
ten days, failing which the application shall stand
dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
The rule is made returnable within three
months.
In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be
taken against the petitioner till further orders in
connection with Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No. 122/2011
pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.
