08 31.03.2011 Let petitioner add Bihar School Examination Board,
Patna as a party-respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner would
serve two copies of the writ petition along with counter affidavit and
supplementary counter affidavit on the learned counsel who normally
appears for the Bihar School Examination Board in this Court within a
week and file receipt of service of copy within a week.
List this matter on 25th April, 2011 retaining its position
by when learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination would file
a counter affidavit in the matter as to the two stands taken in respect of
petitioner’s Teachers Training Certificate. While serving copy of the
writ petition with annexures on the counsel for the Bihar School
Examination Board learned counsel for the petitioner would also
indicate about the order of this Court passed today.
