Learned Standing Counsel was required to file counter affidavit on
5.4.2006. More than 4 years have lapsed, but no counter affidavit
has been filed till date.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks
further and no more time to file counter affidavit, failing which,
the respondent no. 3, District Magistrate, Pratapgarh shall be
present in person on the next date fixed alongwith relevant record
and instructions to assist the Court.

As prayed, let this matter be listed on 20.9.2010.

A copy of this order be given to learned Standing Counsel free of
cost within 24 hours.
