Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel
representing the respondents.

With regard to his grievance the petitioner has already made a representation
dated 17.4.2008, filed as Annexure-8 to the writ petition before the
respondent no.2.

This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to
decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, filed as Annexure-8 to
the writ petition, in accordance with law by a reasoned speaking order within
period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced
before him.
