The substantial question of law arising for

consideration in this appeal is:

Whether the judgment of the appellate court is

vitiated due to non-consideration of the oral evidence of the

plaintiffs as well as material document/ evidence exhibited on

their behalf?

The appellants shall be entitled to raise any other

substantial question of law at the time of hearing of this appeal.

Issue notices upon the respondents for which the

appellants must file requisites within one week, both under

registered cover as well as ordinary process, failing which the

appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the

bench.
