Petitioners 1 to 4 are working as Junior Public Health Nurse

Grade-I and the 5th petitioner is working as Lady Health Inspector.

According to the petitioners, prior to 01/10/1994, they had

rendered provisional service and therefore the said service is liable

to be reckoned for computing their higher grade and increments. It

is stated that urging this claim they have filed Exts.P7 to P11

representations before the 1st respondent and the said

representations are pending. In this writ petition, they seek a

direction for expeditious consideration of the representations.

Having regard to the limited nature of the relief that is sought

for, I dispose of the writ petition directing the 1st respondent to

consider Exts.P7 to P11 representations and pass orders thereon.

This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within

three months of production of a copy of this judgment, along with a

copy of this writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
