Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing
Counsel.
On the basis of the advertisement’s issued by the respondents,
various posts were advertised for the purposes of appointment on
the post of Anganwari Karykarti for the village Tumadikala, there
was one vacancy of the Backward category. Four applicants made
application Salama Aaga, Rubi and Seema Devi are at serial
No.1,2 and 3 were not resident of the said village and the
candidate at serial No.4 Smt Beena Devi was working on the post
of Sahayika, therefore, according to merit petitioner was at serious
No.1 and her name was recommended. According to the petitioner
in spite of the aforesaid fact the petitioner is not being given
appointment in spite of the representation submitted by the
petitioner. The other candidates of other block have been given
appointment. In such circumstances due to the inaction of the
respondent, petitioner is approaching this Court
I have considered the submission of the learned counsel for the
petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. As the claim of the
petitioner is still pending consideration, therefore, a liberty is given
to the petitioner to file a comprehensive and detailed
representation annexing all the documents including
recommendation within a period of two weeks before the District
Magistrate i.e. respondent No.4. If such representation is filed by
the petitioner, the respondent No.4 is directed to decide the same
strictly in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order
within a period of six weeks from the date of production of
certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
