12. 21.06.2011 From the office note, it appears that the First

Appeal has already been dismissed against the

respondent nos.1,3,7,8 and 10 on 30.10.2007 for non-

compliance of the order no.9 dated 18.09.2007.

In view of the above fact, the incompetency

matter shall be considered at the time of final hearing

of the appeal. The office shall list the appeal under the

heading for hearing.
