Heard Sri S.K.Shukla, learned counsel for the appellant on the question of
grant of bail. We also find from the record that the deceased have received
three injuries on the head inflicted by axe. The prosecution story is
corroborated by medical and oral evidence and axe has been recovered from
the accused which contains human blood though it could not be classified in
Group. It is stated that the accused is languishing in Jail.
After going through the record prima facie we are satisfied that no case for
bail is made out. The application is rejected.
