Taking into consideration that no specific overt-act has been
attributed against the petitioners and having similar allegation, co-
accused Harish Chandra Jha has already been granted privilege of bail
by this Court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail
bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the
like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 219 of
2010.
