Issue notice to opposite parties No. 4 and 5 returnable at an early date.

Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be
filed in two weeks.

Keeping in view the temporary injunction granted by the competent court as
well as aggrieved from the respondents constructing chak road over the
petitioner’s Plot No. 392 without acquiring the same in accordance with law, it
is provided that no construction shall be raised on road or chak road or
anything unless the land acquired in accordance with law.
