cause as to why this application be not admitted and disposed of, if

possible, at the admission stage itself.

Requisites under registered cover with A.D. as also under

ordinary process must be filed within one week after Puja holidays,

failing which, this application, as against them, shall stand rejected

without further reference to the Bench.

Rule is made returnable within three months.
