JUDGMENT
The petitioner is an Engineering student in the Amaljyothi
College of Engineering and Research Centre. Apparently, he was not
able to clear one paper in respect of the 8th Semester examination.
Thereafter, the petitioner sought for revaluation of his answer paper in
August, 2008. His grievance is that the result of the revaluation has
not been published so far. The delay in revaluation will cause serious
hardship to the petitioner including loss of opportunity for
employment. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case,
I think it is appropriate that the result of the revaluation will be
published at the earliest.
In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the
respondents to publish the results of the revaluation sought for by the
petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment.
