                          J U D G M E N T

The matter relates to the renewal of NOC in respect of a

saw mill that was lying closed since 01/04/2004. It is stated by

the petitioner that when it was pointed out that for obtaining

NOC, he is required to make an application to the Central

Empowered Committee, he has filed an application to the Central

Empowered Committee in that behalf. Since this development

has taken place subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, I

dispose of this writ petition directing that the Central Empowered

Committee shall consider the request of the petitioner and pass

appropriate orders in the matter, as expeditiously as possible.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
