Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This is an application for transfer of the regular suit No. 68 of 2008, pending
in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Balrampur to Faizabad or any
nearby district.
It has been urged on behalf of the applicant that he is being humiliated,
harassed and assaulted by opposite party, who is her husband and it would be
unsafe for her to contest the case at Balrampur.
Having regard to the circumstances referred to above, it would be expedient to
transfer the case to District Gonda.
Accordingly, regular suit No. 68 of 2008, pending in the Court of Civil Judge
(Senior Division) Balrampur is transferred to Civil Judge (Senior Division),
Gonda.
The application for transfer is accordingly disposed of finally.
