COMMON
ORAL ORDER

1. Learned
advocate Mr. Mehta for the petitioners places on record a
communication dated 25.3.2010 addressed to the President, PWD
Employees Union, by the Under Secretary, Narmada Jal sampatti, Pani
Purvatha and Kalpsar Vibhag, forwarding him a copy of Government
Resolution No. WCE-102009-1624-129-P.F.-A dated 15.2.2010.

The
communication itself mentions that in view of the aforesaid
Government Resolution, the grievance ventilated in the aforesaid
Special Civil Applications does not survive. The communication
requests the addressee that taking the Government Resolution into
consideration, the future action be taken and the Hon’ble High Court
be informed about the same.

2. In
view of the aforesaid Government Resolution, except the grievance
about implementation of the same, no other grievance survives. The
learned advocate for the petitioners states that despite Government
Resolution dated 15.3.2010, the petitioners have not heard anything
so far about the implementation of the same.

Learned
Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Shah does not have any instruction
about the same.

3. In
view of the above, the authorities are directed to implement that
award as early as possible, but not later than three months from the
date of receipt of this order.

The
petitions are disposed of having become infructuous. However, liberty
is reserved in favour of the petitioners to pray for revival of these
petitions in case of any difficulty. Rule is discharged.

4. A
copy of this order be made available to the learned Assistant
Government Pleader for its onward communication for compliance.

R.TRIPATHI, J.)
