ORDER

This
application for temporary bail is preferred by the applicant on the
ground that his wife is suffering from multiple fibroid of uterus and
is to be operated for hysterectomy. It is submitted that the
presence of the applicant is necessary in such a situation and hence,
he may be granted temporary bail.

Since
no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application
is rejected.
