Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that this writ petition is only
on behalf of petitioner no.1 Kumari Priti Chaudhary and petitioner
nos.2,3 and 4 will file their separate writ petitions.

Accordingly, the writ petition filed on behalf of petitioner nos. 2,3 and 4
stands dismissed.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the
appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled on the ground that the
income certificate of her father was incorrect and secondly, he had
obtained agricultural loan which does not indicate the income below
poverty line. There is no material to disbelieve the aforesaid facts.

In view of this the writ petition is dismissed.
