filed along with writ petition, hence, defect no.1 pointed out by

stamp report dated 06.09.2010 is wrong.

So far defect nos.2 and 3 are concerned, let the same be

removed within one week, failing which this writ petition shall

stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
