the petition being heard at some length, and after appearance of
learned counsel Mr.N.V.Anjaria for respondent No.2 and Mr.A.J.Desai
for respondent No.1, the petition was proposed to be withdrawn with a
view to challenging the election before the appropriate forum at the
appropriate time. Learned counsel for the respondents having no
objection, petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue
such other alternative remedy as may be available to him, in
accordance with law.
