after two weeks when learned counsel for the Bihar

School Examination Board must bring on record their

final opinion with regard to expulsion of the petitioner or

the decision for expelling the petitioner from the

examination. Failure to do so would mean that there is

nothing to offer beyond the decision which was taken at

the spur of the moment.
