3 1.9.2010 The show cause filed on behalf of opposite

party no.4 touches the merit of the petitioner’s claim but

it is not an order passed by the appellate authority, the

BDO, Sultanganj. It is expected that as an appellate

authority the BDO shall dispose of the petitioner’s

representation contained in Annexure-2 to this contempt

application urgently if the same has not been disposed of

already. Learned counsel for the State should seek

specific instruction in this matter.

As prayed on behalf of the State, put up

after two weeks.
