ORAL
ORDER

At
the request of Mr. Maulik G. Nanavati, learned Assistant Government
Pleader, list on 25.01.2011.

It
is represented by the learned advocate for the petitioners that in
some matters, in spite of the ad-interim relief being granted by this
Court, the Ashramshalas are passing orders of discharge of some of
the petitioners. Three of such orders, dated 26.12.2010, 03.01.2011,
and 03.01.2011 pertaining to Special Civil Applications Nos.16477 of
2010, 16478 of 2010 and 16516 of 2010 have been tendered by the
learned advocate for the petitioners, and are taken on the record of
the case.

Mr.

Maulik G. Nanavati, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that
such orders have been passed by the concerned Ashramshala, relying on
some old communication from the State Government.

The
Court is constrained to note that strict action may be taken against
those who flout the order of the Court.

In
the above circumstances, the ad-interim relief granted earlier, shall
continue, till the final disposal of each of the petitions.

(Smt.

Abhilasha Kumari, J.)
