2/ 17.8.2011 This appeal shall be heard. Call for the lower court records

of Special Case No. 7 of 2010 from the court of Authorized Officer,

Special Court No. II, Patna.

As regards the operation of impugned judgment, the same

shall remain stayed till further orders.

Registry is directed to transmit the present order through

FAX and the lower court shall transmit the records on the day it

receives the fax containing the present direction to it, whereafter the

appeal shall be listed on the next day of the receipt of the records.
