                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by the

recovery proceedings initiated in respect of an award passed by

the MACT, Irinjalakkuda. It is seen that the petitioner has since

pursued the matter in regular appeal and the same is pending

before this court as MACA 1208/06. Therefore, the writ petition is

closed without prejudice to the liberty to the petitioner to take all

available contentions in the said appeal.
